Jason K. A graduate of University of Colorado at Colorado Springs with a BA in Finance and a licensed California Real Estate Broker, Jamison has been a member of AIR (Association of Industrial Realtors) since 2000 and on the Board of Directors since 2004. Additionally, Jason is an active member of SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) and ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers). Ben Greer, CCIM, senior sales associate, having received his BS from San Diego State University, in San Diego, CA, and CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation from IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management) has a vested interest in the Whittier area as a thirty year resident and business owner. An active member of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers), Greer specializes in the commercial and industrial sectors of the greater Whittier area. Greer, an active member of the Whittier Chamber of Commerce and Rio Hondo Symphony, presently sits on the Boards of Directors for both organizations. Virginia McClellan, SCMD, brings more than thirty years of retail, sales, and customer service, technical and marketing experience to the team. Virginia holds ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers) Marketing Certificates from the University of San Diego; San Diego, CA, CMD (Certified Marketing Director) and SCMD (Senior Certified Marketing Director) certifications from ICSC; New York, NY, a designation fewer than 2,000 members nationwide maintain today. Although McClellan received her AA from Cypress College; Cypress CA. she continues with her training and education in graphic arts, photography, business management, Real Estate, and computer technologies. McClellan, having received many design and marketing awards in the retail, marketing and real estate industries, maintains an active membership in ICSC and SCMDA (Southern California Marketing Directors’ Association). Having earned his BS in Chemical Engineering from Tunghai University, Taiwan, and his MS of Chemical Engineering from Tennessee Tech University in Cookeville, Tennessee, Lu maintains his Mechanical Engineer, Chemical Engineer licenses and his California Real Estate Broker license.
