Jason K. Jamison, SIOR, GM PROPERTIES president, and his growing team of agents and support staff represent a market portfolio of more than 900 multitenant industrial, office and retail units, comprising of some 3 million square feet of space in the Mid-counties region. A graduate of University of Colorado at Colorado Springs with a BA in Finance and a licensed California Real Estate Broker, Jamison has been a member of AIR (Association of Industrial Realtors) since 2000, and on the Board of Directors since 2004 as Membership Chair. Additionally, Jason is an active member of SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) and ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers). Jamison’s most recent title of “Top 40 under 40 in 2008” was issued by Real Estate Southern California magazine in March ’08 as “one of the most aggressive, entrepreneurial, civic-minded and eco-conscious men of the time.”
Ben Greer, senior sales associate, having received his BS from San Diego State University, in San Diego, CA, has a vested interest in the Whittier area as a thirty year resident and business owner. A CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) candidate and active member of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers), Greer specializes in the commercial and industrial sectors of the greater Whittier area. Greer, an active member of the Whittier Chamber of Commerce and Rio Hondo Symphony, presently sits on the Boards of Directors for both organizations.
Anita Hoy, accounts payable & receivables, with more than 20 years of accounting practice, brings working knowledge of multiple financial management systems to the GM PROPERTIES team. Her extensive and varied background in multiple financial management systems, along with her financial, business and computer software courses from Cypress College; Cypress, CA. affords a smooth transition with new property management accounts of all sizes.
Virginia Hultman, SCMD, brings more than thirty years of retail, sales, customer service and marketing experience to the team. Hultman received her AA from Cypress College; Cypress CA., ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers) Marketing Certificates from the University of San Diego; San Diego, CA, CMD (Certified Marketing Director) and SCMD (Senior Certified Marketing Director) certifications from ICSC; New York, NY, a designation fewer than 1,000 members nationwide maintain today. Hultman, having received many design and marketing awards in the retail, marketing and real estate industries, maintains an executive position on the SCMDA (Southern California Marketing Directors’ Association) Board of Directors and is an active member of ICSC.
Harry Lu, senior broker, earned his BS in Chemical Engineering from Tunghai University, Taiwan, and his MS of Chemical Engineering from Tennessee Tech University in Cookeville, Tennessee. Lu maintains his Mechanical Engineer and Chemical Engineer licenses and his California Real Estate Broker license. Lu specializes in the San Gabriel Valley industrial arena. Bi-lingual, Lu brings more than thirty years of international and technical business experience to GM PROPERTIES team.
Oldin Mayorga, property maintenance & operations, excels in the mechanical and customer service arenas. With a combination of technical and practical education, bi-lingual Mayorga is instrumental in the daily property management and high maintenance performance.
Marcy Monaco, senior sales associate and property manager brings twenty five years of sales and customer service experience to the GM PROPERTIES team. Monaco is a CPM (Certified Property Manager) candidate, member of IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management), AIR (Association of Industrial Realtors) and ICSC (International Council of Shopping Council).
Dave Peciemer, sales associate, with over 30 years of logistics, transportation and real estate experience. With an AA from Mount San Antonio College, CA in Logistics Management, Peciemer brings a unique view point to the table, specializing in large footprint industrial units, with a special focus on total package distribution solutions nationwide.
Matt Wagner, property management and sales associate, with a specialty in financing, brings Real Estate lending to the GM PROPERTIES team. A graduate of Cal State Fullerton, CA, Mat is also involved in the LCDM (Light Construction and Development Management) certificate program at University California Irvine. Matt adds nearly 5 years of commercial real estate experience in the Mid County- LA/Orange County-industrial sector to the GM PROPERTIES team.
William “Sonny” Wellman, senior property maintenance & operations, supplies years of vital mechanical and technical knowledge and practical application of the industrial and residential operations. Sonny’s skills and knowledge lead the maintenance operations team in quality daily property maintenance.
Dustin Wheelan, sales associate, with a specialty in finance, brings residential and real estate finance experience to the GM PROPERTIES team. Wheelan received his AA in Business from Wyoming Technical Institute, Wyoming, and certificates from Mercedes Benz Elite, Rancho Cucamonga, CA, and Graduate Realty Institute, CA. With several years as a trade technician, Wheelan is quick to identify options and opportunities often missed by the untrained observer.
